Click the "New Product" button on the product list page, associate your SHOPLINE product, fill in basic information such as product name and description, then upload digital files. You can set advanced options like download limits and expiration dates.
What file formats are supported?
We support most common digital file formats, including: Documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT), Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG), Audio (MP3, WAV, FLAC), Video (MP4, AVI, MOV), Archives (ZIP, RAR), etc. Single file size limit is 500MB.
How long does order synchronization take?
Normally, orders from SHOPLINE stores are automatically synchronized to the digital download app within 1-3 minutes.
How to customize email templates?
Open Delivery settings to customize the sender name and the download email copy sent to buyers. After modification, send a test order or resend delivery to confirm the email looks right.
How to upgrade plan?
Open Plan & billing, choose a plan, and complete Stripe Checkout. New store coverage takes effect after the subscription is active.
What to do if buyers cannot download?
Common reasons why buyers cannot download: 1) Download link has expired; 2) Download count exhausted; 3) File has been deleted; 4) Email marked as spam. Check order status, confirm the file exists, then resend the download link if necessary.
